Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Operation (Civil Engineering) with full responsibility at least 10 projects as Engineering team leader.
∎ Coordinate between construction site and office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling and Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.
∎ To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with top management
∎ Applicants must be expert with Building construction overall Structure, Architecture, Electrical, Plumbing and implementation of project.
∎ To guide the preparation and presentation of a BOQ considering the best cost structure with details of direct and indirect material, labor and overhead cost components.
∎ To perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems.
∎ Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
∎ Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
∎ Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with designer.
∎ team/client/Department as well as effectively lead the trades
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
∎ Monitor site safely and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
∎ Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client including final hold backs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, Drawing, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Project or Government construction project work. (Construction Firm)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BOQ, Civil Engineering, Project Operation, Project Planning, QC & Compliance etc.
∎ Must be Motor Bike driving with license.
∎ Experience in Construction works with 2/3 Basement of High-rise Building, Yard, Steel Structure and Road works.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
