Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering-EEE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Civil Works and Asset Maintenance:

∎ Carrying out repair, renovation and routine maintenance including all civil nature of work, repairing, renovation, up keeping and beautification at Summit Centre.
∎ Manage all warranty and extended service related files of assets in coordination with Accounts Department as well as ensure effective use.
∎ Keep logs of complaints, suggestions and mitigate it in a timely fashion.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted Electricity and Water supply, Sanitation and cleanliness of Summit Centre.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all the Electronic, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, IT, Internet Communication appliances etc.
∎ Executing all related works by service contractors and internal staffs related to Generator, Substation, Elevators, PABX, CCTV, Photocopier, Internet, Building Lightings, Air Conditioning devices or any other Electronic, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical devices.
∎ Procurement:

∎ Assist in procurement and supply chain management of required material for Summit Centre.
∎ Preparing Note sheet for further approval, Execution of procurement process including quotation collection, file keeping and maintaining official administrative files.
∎ Third-party Service Provider, Vehicles and Drivers Management:

∎ Manage drivers' shift schedule and upkeep of the vehicles including permit and tax documentations.
∎ Monitor and manage personnel from third-party service provider e.g. RSL to ensure service rendered.
∎ Contact Database and Event:

∎ Maintaining Guest List, Invitation Card Management and Guest Handling.
∎ Event management of Summit Open and Summit Cup Golf Tournaments.
∎ Any other task:

∎ Perform other tasks or responsibilities assigned by Supervisor/ Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in administration of electrical and electronics equipment/ devices for 02-03 years.
