∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administrate overall activities of the Depot to ensure proper and timely delivery of medicines to the customer(s) in a cost-effective manner including safety and security of the depot.
∎ Ensure the collection against invoice in order to recover outstanding on time.
∎ Assist the head of Distribution by giving better route plan for the delivery vehicle for cost effective distribution.
∎ Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to ensure optimal level of the stock for uninterrupted supply of the medicine as per demand of the customers.
∎ Monitor overall activities regarding preparation of bill, packing note, pack summary and overall packing related operations to ensure delivery of medicines in effective manner.
∎ Monitor the causes of returned medicine on the basis of return report and submit a monthly summary report to concerned personnel for taking necessary steps to reduce the quantity of the returned medicine.
∎ Identify problems and difficulties regarding execution of company's guideline and take necessary initiatives for ensuring proper implementation of guideline.
∎ Control of overall depot expenditure.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the cash after collection in the depot.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as Depot In-Charge or 4 years of experience in a position that is an immediate prior position of Depot In-Charge in any reputed pharmaceuticals
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good leadership qualities
∎ Well grooming and personality
