∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/ Graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for rationalizing the excess stocks at depots and do Inter Depot Transfers to ensure FIFO is followed at National level.
∎ Responsible for timely delivery of goods at respective depots to fulfill sudden spurt in demand.
∎ Responsible for arranging Logistics- PPM & Gifts and prepare the comparative statement to get approval on the basis of rate and service level.
∎ Responsible for Transport bill validation and coordination with finance for payments to transports.
∎ Responsible for tracking transport performance to improve their service level.
∎ Responsible for communication with transporter/ courier for issuing a Debit Note for damages, shortages and rate difference if any.
∎ Responsible for reconciliation of both physical & system stocks and In transit stocks on a periodical basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Completes depot operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Maintains depot staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
∎ Maintains depot staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
