Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time transferable job.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design effective delivery route and schedule to minimize operating cost and also to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure product supply as per delivery schedule of the assigned depot.
∎ Train and motivate distribution staffs of the respective depot to work as per company policy and also for better customer satisfaction.
∎ Visit customers to get feedback of the distribution services and take necessary measures to improve the company services continually.
∎ Maintain the store and depot office in compliance with Good Distribution Practices and Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Ensure safety and security of the depot.
∎ Coordinate with Sales Department, Marketing Department, Finance and Accounts, Central Store etc. to run the depot operations as per policy and guidelines.
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation as per QMS and company requirements.
∎ Deliver promotional materials and other gift items to Sales Team through proper coordination with Marketing Department.
∎ Manage cash collection, bank deposits and petty cash as per company policy and guidelines.
∎ Manage routine depot expenditures in a cost-effective way through proper planning and monitoring.
∎ Monitor market dues and take necessary measures in coordination with Sales Team to ensure collection timely.
∎ Maintain depot accounts and generate reports as per requirements of Accounts and Finance.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of Sales Assistant, Driver, Accountant, Computer Operator etc. to ensure efficient work at every level.
∎ Generate reports as per company guidelines and share with respective users as per schedule.
∎ Take necessary measures to ensure all kinds of legal compliance for depot operations.
∎ Undertake any other task for smooth operations of the depot.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years of working experiences in similar position in any reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
∎ Capable to work under stress for long hours

Salary: Negotiable
