Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily activities of the depot, including delivery, inventory control, space management, logistics etc.
∎ Supervise depot employees and oversee daily operations
∎ Ensure a sound environment for depot and proper support for smooth operation
∎ Enforce all company rules and regulations
∎ Ensure finished goods are received and dispatched with proper documentation
∎ Control and manage inventory
∎ Manage the flow and quality of work of depot team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
∎ To prepare and preserve audit (Internal & External) documents
∎ Any other related task as assigned by Manager from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP application.
∎ Ability to work as a team leader.

Salary: Negotiable
