∎ The candidate should have degree/ master’s degree from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage product distribution activities within assigned geographical areas.
∎ Ensure collection against supplied medicines & deposit the money in bank.
∎ To monitor activities of sales representatives for effective distribution of products and collection
∎ of money in time.
∎ Submit regular reports to the management.
∎ Manage distribution cost effectively.
∎ To ensure SR’s moving as per tour program and staying there.
∎ To keep depot neat and clean with full secured condition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 to 3 years in similar position preferably in distribution department in any Pharmaceuticals. Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced persons.
∎ Age not more than 35 years, but can be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English
∎ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies
∎ Very good at MS office (Specially in MS Excel)
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure, result oriented and can work independently with minimum supervision
