Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To manage overall depot functions of One Pharma Ltd. to achieve company's short-term & longterm goal.
∎ To ensure smooth delivery of OPL products to its customers in simple, faster & cost effective way.
∎ To drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation, collection and storemanagement as well as security of depot.
∎ To use computer to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, andtrack the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Ensure that inventory flow is maintained strictly following Batch Tracking, First Expiry First Out(FEFO) and Fist In First Out (FIFO) basis to ensure batch traceability.
