Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Inventory/ Store Management, Product Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring depot's over all activities such as Store, Accounts, Data Entry Operation (Invoicing) and Distribution Assistants' activities and overall administration of the depot.
∎ Prepare weekly delivery schedule and ensure on time delivery to chemists /Clinics / Institutions as per schedule.
∎ Ensure & follow FEFO/FIFO method strictly in store.
∎ Ensure periodic inventory counting to make product availability and avoid out of stock .
∎ Generate timely reports as per requirement by the management.
∎ Keep liaising with central depot and other related departments and provide update regularly.
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues of the respective depot.
