Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 01.Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs involved in a project.
∎ 02.Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
∎ 03.Overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure high standards of construction and safety are maintained.
∎ 04.Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site progress.
∎ 05.Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
∎ 06.Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
∎ 07.Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
∎ 08.Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the frameworks of infrastructure systems.
∎ 09.Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
∎ 10.Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
