Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To planning and scheduling the delivery process.
∎ To collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
∎ To receive finished goods from production.
∎ To collect party wise order.
∎ To prepare Invoice.
∎ To communicate with sales team, factory & depot.
∎ To coordinate distribution operations with other related departments.
∎ Ensure all vehicles are organized in a systematic order according to their serial numbers.
∎ Ensure that all relevant details, such as delivery times, vehicle numbers, and recipient information, are accurately recorded.
∎ Checking and verifying all types of distribution-related documents before delivery of goods.
∎ Generating and providing delivery challan, vat challan, etc.
∎ Ensuring delivery as per distributor demand.
∎ To maintain delivery and distributions all documentation.
∎ To oversee the activities of the loading and unloading labor force.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before loading to ensure they are in good condition.
∎ And any other work assigned by management.
