∎ Business : HOPPER Deliveries operates an app based online platform on the Internet (the "Platform") through which new customers are acquired for selected businesses in the food catering industry. The Co-operation Partner in this case is the restaurant/café coming into partnership with HOPPER.
To this objective, HOPPER places menus of the cooperation partner prominently on the mobile application and sells these to the end-consumers who redeem the services on-site. Design of the placement is at HOPPER’s discretion. Duration of contract will be as per written on the contract (six (6) month’s initial period). As mediator between cooperation partner and end consumer, HOPPER sells these foods as part of the menu as provided by the cooperation partner and transfers the necessary revenue to the cooperation partner, deducting the agreed monthly charges of HOPPER. To determine the details of the respective deals (the “deal parameter”), the parties sign a cooperation contract. Objective of the cooperation is to present new and updated menu on HOPPER.
