∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and re-align standard operating procedures as per Advantis Operating Manual to ensure they are up-to-date in line with company and client requirements.
∎ Function as the key accountable person and key contact point of the Site and provide feedback and improvement plans with regard to Site /Client operations.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all operational KPIs published by the Site operations and periodic reviews of the processes in order to identify service improvement areas.
∎ Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the teams and provide required guidance to ensure they perform their fullest potential in order to the set productivity targets are met
∎ Ensure health / safety and security precautions and procedures are followed by all staff of the site all times.
∎ Plan and conduct required OE self-Audits, housekeeping safety and Security audits at the site to improve and maintain high standards.
∎ Overlook all warehouse processes including the VAS operation and ensure those are carried out with optimum level of efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' work experience in a similar function
∎ Experience in the logistics industry is preferred
∎ Ability to communicate effectively and act proactively
∎ Good team player
