Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and active Chat Manager to join our team. This is a performance-based earning opportunity where you will communicate with customers, manage chats professionally, and help maintain customer engagement.
Working Hours
Bangladesh Time: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to customer chats professionally
Maintain friendly and engaging communication with customers
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Build positive customer relationships
Ensure quick response times and active chat management
Follow company guidelines and communication standards
Requirements
Good communication and typing skills
Basic English understanding
Ability to work night shifts (2 AM – 11 AM Bangladesh time)
Responsible, active, and hardworking
Previous chat support experience is a plus but not required
Salary & Earnings
This is not a fixed salary position
Earnings are based on percentage/commission
Most employees earn around 15,000 – 20,000 BDT in their first month, depending on performance
