Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/ her job functions. Understanding by quality system: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service.
∎ Understanding by quality system: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service.
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health & Safety are being complied.
∎ Keep records of global H&S Leading and Lagging KPI´s
∎ Develop reports of H&S KPI´s and provide follow up.
∎ Keep internal digitals tools updated.
∎ Analyze and provide business solutions to support the manufacturing aspects of the H&S processes, such as but not limited to textile manufacturing, sewing, yarn and distribution.
∎ Document new processes or procedures, create testing documentation, and create specifications orproposals.
∎ Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and solution testing to ensure that deliverables are achieved.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
∎ Ensure the integration of global Health and Safety KPI´s, maintaining a proper tracking and reporting process, keep all the digital tools updated, with the most recent health and safety documentation.
