∎ Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling a large numbers of import & export consignments for also its clearing & forwarding(C&F).
∎ Make liaison with the FF & Customs people.
∎ Prepare documentations & commercial activities for Sea & Air shipments.
∎ To coordinate with Seaport & airport Personnel for release shipments.
∎ To coordinate with client for their transport & internal operational support.
∎ To handling the total operational work of the Company warehouse.
∎ Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basisMust have knowledge on CUSTOMS, L/C, Banking, etc.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistics activities of import to timely in house.
∎ Sound knowledge has to gather on Import & Export.
∎ Independently can work on all kind of L/C relate Documents, Banking functions.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F.
∎ Maintain liaison with import relevant field such as Government officer, customs etc.
∎ Have to handle logistic activities related to import.
∎ Able to work effectively in a team and to have good communication skills.
