Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline is a plus but not mandatory
∎ O & A-Level background preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As part of our Customer Service team for auto parts business, you will be required to:
∎ Interact with customers based out of US via phone and/or written form of communication to answer their queries or comply with their requests
∎ Accept their orders for auto parts and properly input order details in our system
∎ Resolve any issues reported by the customers in a timely manner
∎ Maintaining effective communication with customers either to increase sales, resolve their issues, minimizing their dissatisfaction in a difficult situation, etc.
∎ Follow up with customers to maintain maximum possible turnover of our inventory
∎ Prepare necessary reports as instructed by the supervising officer
∎ ORAs part of our Customer Service team for the trucking business, you will be required to perform the following tasks:
∎ Search for ideal loads daily (training will be provided for this task)
∎ Communicate via phone and email with brokers to evaluate and negotiate the best terms for the load mainly rate for the load among other things
∎ Communicate with the driver(s) to plan delivery of load and ensure truck parking daily
∎ Following up with driver to ensure strict adherence of planned schedule
∎ Ensure regulation compliance (Driver duty hours, DVIR, etc.)
∎ Monitor load route and ELD reporting
∎ Improvise and arrange the necessary help for the driver in case of any mishaps e.g., tire replacement, tow, road recovery, etc.
∎ Prepare reports as instructed by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Work experience in similar field is preferred but not mandatory
∎ The successful candidate MUST have the following qualifications and attributes:
∎ Strong fluency in spoken and written English (O & A-Level background preferred)
∎ Ability to build a good rapport with customers by means of effective communication via oral or written format
∎ High problem-solving aptitude
∎ Dedication toward delivering high quality customer service
∎ Ability to operate or use Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, etc.
∎ Previous experience in similar field will be preferred but not mandatory
∎ The candidates with the following profiles can apply for this job position:
∎ MUST be willing to work night shifts (9 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Time)
∎ Occasional overtime might be required in case of dealing with any unforeseen situation
∎ Students (no degree or job experience required as hands-on training will be provided)
∎ Willing to work hard and learn fast to make positive contribution to the business
∎ Willing to uphold and maintain high level of professionalism (arriving on time, executing instructions diligently, working as a team, etc.)
∎ At least basic proficiency in operating Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, etc. as well Google Sheet, Google Doc, etc.
