Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone or social media platforms.
∎ Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
∎ Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
∎ Offer recommendations to potential and existing customers by analyzing customer needs.
∎ Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of English + Hindi/Bengali/Urdu/Nepali languages;
∎ Customer support or VA experience is a major advantage;
∎ Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate;
∎ Ability to travel/relocate after the probation period (2-4 months);
∎ Must possess a high-performance computer suitable for remote work as well as a stable Internet connection is required.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 110000 (Monthly)
