∎ Age 21 to 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain customer relationships through online chat (English typing speed of 25-30 WPM required).
∎ Provide customer support and solutions (Training will be provided after selection).
∎ Create short video tutorials to demonstrate problem-solving methods.
∎ Communicate product features and updates to customers.
∎ Follow instructions from the China team (Proficiency in English is required).
∎ Work from the office until 5:15 PM, with the possibility of working from home afterward if necessary (overtime will be compensated for work exceeding 8 hours).
∎ Be willing to work night shifts from home if required.
