Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Support Officer (Full Time) to join our team. You are expected to do support-related calls to our users, learners, and instructors to improve our services. Through your support and activities generate leads, convert existing leads to sales, and complete the monthly task target with satisfaction as well.
∎ Job Location: House - 6, Road 17/A, Block E, Banani, Dhaka

∎ Ability to convey messages to customers and elicit answers, Computer skills, and Result-oriented approach.
∎ Good team worker.
∎ Maintaining accurate records sheet.
∎ Lead generation
∎ Support our consumers
∎ Maintain our social support groups and support platforms through your integrity and activity.
∎ Execute the company's telemarketing activities, plans, and procedures.
∎ Stay updated with product knowledge and support techniques.
∎ Microsoft Office, Internet communication & do google research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Preference is having a minimum of 1 year in the respected field But Freshers are also welcome to apply.
∎ Relevant work experience in renowned telemarketing companies are highly preferred.
∎ Proficient speaking and writing skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to build interpersonal relationships with clients/students.
∎ Basic Computer, Google Products & Internet communication skills
