Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with rider and user accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who has working experience in Courier & Logistics service will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
