∎ Searching for product information from customers by inbound and outbound calls or receiving calls and receiving questions, handling complaints, identifying problems.
∎ Must be able to communicate with each client by phone.
∎ Bengali should be spoken fluently, any kind of regionalism will not be acceptable.
∎ The customer will have to answer various questions in Messenger.

∎ Age 18 to 23 years
