Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Support through Phone, IT Training Center, Telemarketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell our service.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service.
∎ Inbound and outbound customer support for the customer.
∎ Answer questions about our product and services.
∎ Generate leads for the sales team.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), Email & Web Chat.
∎ Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years for Executive, 5 years for manager
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary for deserving candidates.
