Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide information about cafe’s products/features/services through telephone
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring the ultimate solution
∎ Respond to customer inquiries
∎ Receiving customer complaints and providing them information about the resolution of the same
∎ Maintain call logs and prepare reports
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
∎ Record any client complaints
∎ Deliver accurate information about new product to clients
