Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cisco Switch and Router, Mikrotik, OLT and ONU
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over phone support about LAN, WAN, Internet and Data systems in the Help desk.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
∎ Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
∎ Letting customers know about other tariff the company offers.
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Call forward to any department as per requirements of caller.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
