∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Physiotherapy center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Have to convince the customer face to face, over the phone call, texting, Chatting in social platform. Client satisfaction is our goal.
∎ May be workplace in Dhaka Uttara Sector 13
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. Also have to work over the phone call, texting, Chatting in social platform.
∎ Maintain Front Desk
∎ Smartly Client handle with update knowledge about our service
∎ Ability to convince the customer
∎ Maintain all procedure documents
∎ Have to convince the customer face to face, over the phone call, texting, Chatting in social platform. Client satisfaction is our goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Typing in English and Bangla (Bijoy or Avro) on Computer
∎ Ability to convince the customer
