Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide outstanding customer service via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
∎ Address student inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Guide students through service features and functionalities.
∎ Assist in resolving technical issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
∎ Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product/service improvements.
∎ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
