∎ কাস্টমারদের ইনকামিং কল ও মেসেজের পেশাদারীভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া। প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া। অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলোআপ করা। ফেসবুক পেইজ ও ইনবক্স পরিচালনা করা। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডেটা এন্ট্রি ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
