∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through Facebook messages.
∎ Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers' and providers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ required to answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
∎ Must be patient and humble.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer and provider accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ Both Bangla & English typing skills are required.
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to handle consumers with patience and politeness.
∎ 6 months of relevant work experience in Customer support will get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Working hours: Full time, 9 AM - 6:00 PM / Half time (Minimum 4 hours)
Salary : 9,000 - 14,000 Tk / 4500 - 7000 Tk (Half time)
