Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to work at least 4 nights in a week(11:00 PM to 08:00 AM)
∎ Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Must know computer products and accessories
∎ Compiling, verifying the accuracy and inputting data
∎ Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
