∎ Maintaining the relationship between the company and customers.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Need to handle customer calls.
∎ Take feedback from customers about service.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Minimum knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook,
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone

∎ Capable to identify customer behavior.
∎ Able to work independently.
