Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Handle customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
∎ Process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
∎ Assist with product information, pricing, and availability inquiries.
∎ Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and positive attitude.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Good Typing Speed in Bengali and English .
