∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary responsibility is to handhold patients traveling to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai for medical treatment and includes:
∎ Customer support through Email / Phone / WhatsApp / Imo and walk-in customers to the office
∎ Co-ordination with Apollo Hospitals Chennai team
∎ Co-ordination of Telemedicine services
∎ Making outbound calls
∎ Managing online CRM
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Fluent English and Bengali mandatory.
∎ This role is for handling Bangladeshi customers residing in Dhaka only.
∎ Freshers are welcome.
∎ Immediate Requirement.
