∎ স্পষ্ট বাংলা বলতে হবে, আঞ্চলিক টান থান থাকলে হবে না।
∎ কম্পিউটারে ইংরেজি ও অভ্র তে বাংলা টাইপ করা জানতে হবে।
∎ ব্যবহার ভালো থাকতে হবে।
∎ টিমের সাথে কাজ করার মন-মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ ফুলটাইম অফিস করার মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ কাষ্টমারদের সাথে ফোনে কথা বলা।
∎ কাষ্টমারদের ডাটা ম্যানেজ করা।
∎ Online থেকে অর্ডার নেয়া।
∎ Facebook এর ম্যাসেজের উত্তর দেয়া।
∎ হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে কাস্টমারদের সাথে চ্যাটিং করা সহ ফোন নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করে সিডিউল করে নিয়মিত কল ও মেসেজ করা।
∎ প্রত্যেক দিনের summary তৈরী করে আপডেট দেয়া।
∎ কাজের বিবরনঃ
∎ কাষ্টমারদের সাথে ফোনে কথা বলা।
∎ কাষ্টমারদের ডাটা ম্যানেজ করা।
∎ Online থেকে অর্ডার নেয়া।
∎ Facebook এর ম্যাসেজের উত্তর দেয়া।
∎ হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে কাস্টমারদের সাথে চ্যাটিং করা সহ ফোন নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করে সিডিউল করে নিয়মিত কল ও মেসেজ করা।
∎ প্রত্যেক দিনের summary তৈরী করে আপডেট দেয়া।
