∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Market or Facebook Page, Digital Marketing, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Matrimonial is a registered & Bangladesh Government approved matchmaking service provider which operates both online & traditional way.
∎ We are looking for disciplined, energetic, hardworking applicants for the position of Customer Support Executive having good verbal communication skills in Bangla who will receive inbound & make outbound phone calls, handle clients & be able to convince over the phone to ensure target based sales.
∎ Job Location: Inside Dhaka (Office/Work from Home)
∎ Office Address: House: 65, Road: 8/A, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka- 1209.
∎ Working 6 Days in a week.
∎ Work Time is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and timely with proper etiquettes & professional manner.
∎ Maintain Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp or others digital platforms customers' queries and proper answering.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints or problems; records and forward to the concerned supervisor.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/queries records of the registered clients.
∎ Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Handle all customers' data according to CRM.
∎ Develop & manage an efficient customer network to improve sales performance.
∎ Maintain & increase standards of the customer service.
∎ Achieving monthly sales TARGET.
∎ Increasing the sales revenue through the existing customer channel network and setup new customer network.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills.
∎ Proactive & Quick Learner
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Punctual & Hard Worker
∎ Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing, & Call Center
∎ Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ You can earn more than 10,000/- Tk on top of your salary as target bonus. There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
