Job Context:
∎ We are looking for enthusiast member for our role of customer support and admin. You will have to provide quality and professional customer service by phone, email, and live chat support and meet customer expectations. The position is directly responsible for creating an effortless customer experience by answering questions about products, orders, and services available for our UK Based Fashion e-commerce platform. You will also need to have good analytical skills and be a superior communicator.
∎ Office hours 2 PM-10 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
∎ Need to handle incoming calls from the prospective and existing customers
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting by excel for every call, chat, and email.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators on the customer service and develop plans to improve them
∎ Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively both in English and Bangla in positive or negative situations.
∎ Excellent Communication skill over the phone with customers in an appropriate English accent.
∎ Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to cope up and adopt with a diverse group of people.
∎ Tech-friendly and good typing speed/accuracy.
∎ Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ We shall offer as per qualification and experience.
