Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service, and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keeping records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
∎ Maintain customer queries in different channels (Facebook, Live chat, Email)
∎ Have to manage all promotional advertising programs as a host, where you may have to appear in front of a live camera to organize that.
∎ Outstanding Presentation skills as a host on social media live presenter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ -Basic Computer skills, Convincing Capability, Customer Service, Fluent in speaking English and Bangla.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
