∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Customer Support/ Client Service, POS Software

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Customer Support executive for the Customer Support with 2 years of proven experience in the field of Customer care.
∎ Shop Management software experience /POS usage experienced candidate will be highly preferred.
∎ Knowledge in Stock management/Accounting system get more preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customer about service.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
∎ Shop Management software experience /POS usage experienced candidate will be highly preferred.
∎ Knowledge in Stock management/Accounting system get more preferred.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
