∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Centre Supervision Management, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants, Advertising Ageny, Call Center, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
∎ Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
∎ Managing queries on social media as and when required.
∎ Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
∎ Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
∎ Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
