Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the relationship between the company and customers.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Need to handle customer calls.
∎ Take feedback from customers about service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook,
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
∎ Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and well-structured conversation and written skill
∎ Capable to identify customer behaviour.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Ability to prepare Report writing
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
