Job Responsibilities:
∎ Built and maintain successful relationship with customers.
∎ Keep customers informed of progress during issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
∎ Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
∎ Ability to prepare reports, documentations and provide formal training to users.
∎ Good understanding of IP Subnetting, Basic Routing,Switching.
∎ In General knowledge on LAN/WAN design, implementation and maintenance of networking multi vendor device like Cisco,MikroTik,Bdcom etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be technically skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
