Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the users.
∎ Capable to handle users' queries/complain instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing users, retaining new users.
∎ Respond to users inquiries in a timely manner and update information with notes for each user
∎ Maintain good relations with customers.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
∎ Roster duty.
∎ Achieve sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Job Location: Khilgaon, Dhaka.
∎ The candidate should have able to do work under pressure.
∎ Excellent customer service and sales abilities by E-Commerce Platform.
∎ Flexible to work in roster time (Morning Shift/Day Shift)
