∎ Job Location: Bangabandhu Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fluency in English: Given that we receive calls from all English-speaking clients on a daily basis, candidates must be fluent in English.
∎ Roster Duty: Since our office operates 24/7, candidates must be prepared to maintain a roster duty. This includes one week of night shifts after every two weeks.
∎ Minimum Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40 characters per minute is required to respond efficiently to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
∎ Deliver Outstanding Customer Support: The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, utilizing their proficient English language skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
∎ Interdepartmental Collaboration: Successful candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and issue resolution.
