Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering calls from Customer
∎ Understanding customer-end problems
∎ Solve the problem over phone
∎ Delegate the unsolved problem to concerned
∎ Entry all calls/issues to software
∎ Daily reporting/monthly reporting
∎ Shift duty: 9 am to 5 pm & 4 pm to 12 pm

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
