Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ওয়েবসাইট ও ফেসবুক পেজ এর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
∎ কাস্টমারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে ভ্যলু দিতে হবে এবং সেল জেনারেট করতে হবে।
∎ প্রোডাক্ট এর ফিডব্যাক নেওয়া।
∎ বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া।
∎ কাজের সময় সকাল ৯ টা থেকে -রাত্রের ৮ টা।
