∎ Relate customer support tickets to development efforts and corresponding Jira tickets.
∎ Identify trends in customer issues and share observations with the development team to address them holistically.
∎ Perform Quality Assurance validation of supported solutions by performing regression and smoke testing.
∎ Author and/or enhance testing procedures for existing and new products to ensure we are meeting high quality standards.
∎ Foster active communication between support, implementation, and development teams.
