Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree From A Reputable University Preferably in Business or Communication
∎ Band score over 6 in IELTS or 600 in TOEFL will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: IELTS,TOEFL

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training, Customer Support through Phone, Online (web/ e-mail) Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Consulting Firms, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Public Relation Companies, Telecommunication, Web Media/Blog
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering customer inquiries and handling complains.
∎ Making invoice using various software.
∎ General e-commerce store maintenance.
∎ Email and chat support
∎ Retail and wholesale customer support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced user of computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.
∎ Excellent numerical skills.
∎ Ability to solve problems and complaints handling.
∎ Typing speed should be over 40 WPM.
∎ Knowledge with Photoshop, Dream Weaver, HTML will be given preference.
∎ Able to work from 7am and on public holidays.
∎ Previous experience in similar role.
∎ Able to travel to Uttara area
∎ Able to work from 7am to 4pm Sunday to Friday

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ 2X Eid Bonus, Internet allowance, Performance Bonus (If Applicable)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
