∎ You must have excellent verbal (Fluent) and written English skills and strong administrative and communication abilities.
∎ This is a remote position based in Bangladesh, so you must have a good smartphone, Laptop/Computer, and a stable Internet/Wifi connection to perform your duties effectively.
∎ You must be IT literate and able to use all MS applications, different cloud systems, and other IT tools including AI tools.
∎ You must be available to work in the UK timezone (GMT) from 9 AM to 6.30 PM.
∎ You must be self-disciplined, and able to work on your own independently.
∎ You must be organised and have a keen eye for details.
∎ You must have strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage student enrolments, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
∎ Respond to inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and registration requirements.
∎ Maintain organized records of enrolled students and course schedules.
∎ Track tuition and course fee payments, ensuring all payments are recorded accurately.
∎ Send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments and address payment-related inquiries.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Organise and coordinate exam schedules, including booking venues and invigilators.
∎ Distribute exam instructions, materials, and results to students and relevant staff.
∎ Ensure compliance with examination policies and procedures.
∎ Schedule and manage appointments for consultations, interviews, or academic advising.
∎ Maintain calendars for relevant staff members and communicate appointment details effectively.
∎ Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
∎ Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Update website and social media platforms with relevant course and event information.
∎ Use IT systems to manage databases, generate reports, and maintain records.
∎ Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with IT support as needed.
∎ Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and filing systems.
