∎ SSC, HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Open to all but candidates have to have strong English speaking/writing skills since this role involves handling U.S.A. based customer service inquiries.
∎ Freshers with dedication and commitment are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, HSC, SSC, Graduate, or Fluent English Speaker). The educational background won't really matter for us as long as you can speak English fluently and have common-sense then you are kindly requested to apply.
∎ Independent University, Bangladesh,North South University,Northern University Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Computer Skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Computer Skill, Customer Support through Phone
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Night Shift - 9 hours per day.
∎ 5 days per week - [Mon - Fri]
∎ Weekends = Sunday + any one day from the running week.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 40 years
∎ We are currently on the hunt for smart, results-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, hungry and ambitious individuals who have experience or interest in resolving a variety of customer support inquiries from our clients via phone, email, and online chat residing in the USA.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
