Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend the service call at customer's site.
∎ Provide solution over telephone to the customer about the trouble shootings of the related products.
∎ Ensure Service/ Maintenance of the assigned products within the given deadline.
∎ Respond and follow up the inquiries of the customer by using appropriate methods.
∎ Submit service reports to the Head of the Dept.
∎ Retain customer satisfaction by ensuring proper after sales service.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, confident, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Repair/ Maintenance of IT Products preferably Dot Matrix/Laser/ Line Matrix Printers & UPS, basic knowledge about OS, software & hardware of computer
Salary: Negotiable
